Our Process
How It Works?
Telescopic forklifts combine the functions of forklifts and cranes to efficiently and safely complete various aerial operations and heavy object handling tasks.
Inspection and start-up
The operator checks whether the hydraulic system and control device are normal, starts the telescopic forklift through the control system, and drives to the work area.
Extending or retracting
The operator adjusts the length of the telescopic arm as needed, and extends or retracts it through the control of the hydraulic system to adjust it in the vertical and horizontal directions.
Lifting and handling objects
The hydraulic system drives the boom to rise and fall, moves attachments such as pallet forks or buckets to the load position, accurately grabs or lifts, and keeps the load balanced.
Unloading and resetting
Extend the boom to the unloading point, and use the control system to slowly lower or steadily place the object. Retract all boom sections, remove the attachments, and return to the starting position.
